Nord Stream-2 может привести к дефициту газа в Восточной Европе

Проект "Северный поток-2" предусматривает строительство двух ниток морского газопровода совокупной мощностью 55 млрд куб. м газа в год.

Строительство второй очереди газопровода "Северный поток" (Nord Stream-2) с учетом ограниченных возможностей транспортировки газа с севера в Чехию и Словакию может привести к дефициту газа в Восточной Европе, считает глава правления НАК "Нафтогаз Украины" Андрей Коболев.

"В Восточной Европе может быть дефицит газа, его можно использовать для дискриминации", — сказал А.Коболев на 12-м форуме YES в Киеве в пятницу.

Он отметил, что такие проблемные вопросы для региона должны открыто обсуждаться и необходимо напомнить ЕС и принципах солидарности.

"Мы должны быть вовлечены в дискуссию как российский газ будет поставляться в Европу", — подчеркнул глава "Нафтогаза".

Как сообщалось, соглашение акционеров проектной компании по строительству третьей и четвертой ниток "Северного потока" подписано 4 сентября в Москве. В состав нового консорциума вошли шесть участников: "Газпром", E.ON, BASF/Wintershall, OMV, Engie, Shell. По сообщению "Газпрома", реализацией проекта займется совместная проектная компания (СПК) New European Pipeline AG. Согласно документу, "Газпрому" в СПК будет принадлежать 51%, E.ON, Shell, OMV and BASF/Wintershall — по 10% каждой, ENGIE — 9%.
